Concrete Jungle Dunedin started as a hobby selling my personal plant collection that I propagate and resell in my spare time as a hobby! 

This has since grown to a bigger platform for me to share plants and cuttings with people online and in my new physical store. 

I enjoy collecting house plants and sharing these at an affordable price for others to enjoy.

I have recently started importing plants from US and Europe and will be selling rare plants soon.

1. Dispatch times 

Our dispatch times vary depending on how many orders we received, I do update this thread every day if there is changes to my dispatch time. As a rule of thumb it is 2 weeks for dispatch while we work through getting everyone out.

2. Refunds

You are able to get refunds on damaged items or items you are waiting on if you choose not to keep them.

3. Payments

All payments must be made within 72 hours of purchase - if there has been no arrangement for payment the order will be cancelled.

3. Fundraising

I change every month the organisation I am fundraising for.

4. Free stuff

All free items are a limit of 1 per person. We slot these around our paid orders and get these out in 2 - 3 weeks.

5. Contact Timeframes

I respond to my emails as fast as possible during the weekdays - sometimes responses can take 24 - 72 hours.
